Location:  Courtyard by Marriott - located in the John Q.  Hammons La Vista Complex.  (Adjacent to the Embassy Suites at I-80 and Giles in La Vista)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepares all items for the restaurant; sauces, soups, and entrees
• Prepares all orders as turned in by waitstaff and ensures all orders are cooked quickly and according to order
• Learns menus, recipes, preparation and presentation
• Ensures that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holding temperatures

• Must take initiative to great guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Must have a great attitude and excellent customer services skills
• Must report to work on time for scheduled shifts
• Must know and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties
• Prior cooking experience, preferably in a hotel environment is preferred
