HDR Engineering is in search of a Water Resources Project Manager to join our growing Northern California team. The primary duties of this position will be to provide technical support for the planning and design water resources related projects. Type of projects will include conducting hydrology and hydraulic analyses, conducting flood hazard assessments, formulation flood damage reduction plans, conducting reconnaissance and feasibility level planning studies, and preparing technical memos and final drainage report documents. The position will also require business development, scoping new work and preparing proposals, scheduling work with subordinates, providing training and reviewing work. Requires strong writing and oral skills, and a track record of completing work on time and within budget. Previous project/client management experience required.
