What you will bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work/Public Administration, or a related field
  • Five years’ experience in field
  • Management experience essential
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

What you will do:

  • Provides management, supervision and evaluation of outpatient professional counseling programs.
  • Arranges for administrative support and emergency assistance for program staff to ensure direct service coverage complies with licensing requirements for outpatient and school-based programs.
  • Oversee compliance of assigned behavioral health services to applicable community standards of care and to State and Federal laws and rules, accreditation entities and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manages the facility and operations of our outpatient offices.  
  • Keeps abreast of current behavioral health issues and changing state and federal regulations through professional reviews, publications, industry periodicals, seminars, conferences and workshops.
  • Provides direct administrative supervision including hiring, monitoring, training, evaluating and developing program staff.
  • Works in collaboration with clinical supervisors to ensure clinical quality is upheld in the programs.
  • Responsible for overall contract development and management to include proposal/contract development, coordination and delivery of on-site services, billing reconciliation, utilization review, satisfaction review and contract renegotiation.
  • Assumes the lead in the development and maintenance of program grants, contracts, reports and budgets, including account reconciliation.
  • Participates in agency wide quality improvement teams and workgroups. 
  • Responsible for development and implementation of marketing plans for assigned programs.
  • Develops and implements a process for quality assurance and program evaluation that includes the necessary monitoring systems to ensure that program quality and integrity is being maintained.
  • Cooperates and collaborates with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.
