General Summary:
The Residential Manager reports to BAIG Director. This person supports the current day site. This position provides monitoring and support to those in day service to ensure the highest level of quality services possible, while maintaining compliance with the Individual Service Program- ISP. The residential manager is responsible for overseeing the SLP/GH settings or programs with a broad range in scope; residential service will possess technical and professional knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to the assignment as well as leadership skills necessary to administer the program.
Salary Range: $22.00 to $24.00/hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational and Experience Requirement:
An associate degree in a health, social service, business or related field and 3 years of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation.
5+ experience working in Home and Community Based Services field
Knowledge and Abilities:
Managing a caseload of 15 or more individuals,
Performing and coordinating intake of new clients.
Development of treatment plans by conducting behavioral and skill assessment of clients though behavioral assessments to identify and access individual strengths and needs.
Function as a member of a treatment team for adults in the system. This includes working with a therapist, guardians, physicians, DHHS workers, and family services professionals.
Completing monitoring activities and providing technical assistance to ensure the accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
When on call, provide timely responses for off hours crisis management.
Exception funding – will be reviewed by our QA/QI before submission.
Program writing – will be reviewed by our QA/QI before implementation.
MGR – will be reviewed by our QA/QI for accuracy.
Intake collection/meeting – will be reviewed by our QA/QI for accuracy.
Other tasks assigned by the administration team if applicable.
Attend all meetings including administration meeting, ISP meeting 1:1 meeting, unless you have been excused by your supervisor.
Prepare and attend Pre-ISP meeting preparation two weeks before the ISP meeting.
Daily Job Duties
• Email and phone messages
• Therapy Software - Ensure Staff are completing daily data (MAR, Side effect log, ISP Programs, T-Logs, S Comms, GER. The staff should never be more than 24 hours behind or 24 hours for the MAR.
• Read T-logs
• Review, Edit and Save GERs
• Attend the meeting with upper management whenever necessary
• Work along with finance for any needs of the individual or for authorizations
• Work along with HR and training to assist in communications with background checks or training requirements
• Review any SComms in Therap Software

• Complete and audit of client’s progress in their program (MGR)
• Create GH schedule each month.
