As the Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Survivorship Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, patient-centered programs that improve outcomes, reduce barriers to care, and advance health equity across our communities. This highly collaborative leadership role partners with physicians, operational leaders, multidisciplinary teams, and community stakeholders to build and scale impactful oncology initiatives that support patients across the cancer continuum. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-focused leader who thrives in program development, operational coordination, and driving meaningful change in a complex healthcare environment.

The Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Survivorship Program Director plays a key operational and programmatic leadership role in supporting the development, implementation, and scaling of impactful oncology programs that address cancer prevention, early detection/screening, risk assessment, resource and wellness services, survivorship, and population-based outreach.

This position collaborates closely with program leaders, medical directors, and physician stakeholders to coordinate and manage clinical and community-facing efforts. The position ensures the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and equitable programs, contributing to the overall goal of reducing the cancer burden through thoughtful planning, effective execution, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications: Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Survivorship Program Director
* Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or a healthcare field required.
* Minimum six years of program or program management experience required.

* If applicable, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required.

Preferred Qualifications: Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Survivorship Program Director
* Master's degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
