TRCTalent is working alongside a global automotive manufacturer in Savannah, GA seeking an Sr Manager/Human Resources for a cutting-edge EV facility. This is a fully onsite role.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Lead Employer Branding & Engagement: Develop a strategic roadmap and annual plans to promote a positive, compelling company image and enhance employee engagement.
Strategize and Optimize HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.
Drive Policy Development: Design, implement, and administer policies and programs aligned with our company vision and business goals.
Champion Team Development: Plan and supervise initiatives related to employment, benefits, compensation, and training, ensuring optimal workforce performance and satisfaction.
Inform & Empower Team Members: Provide guidance on policies, roles, career development, and benefits to current and prospective employees.
Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Manage HR reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and support strategic decision-making.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with executive leadership to refine HR practices, ensuring alignment with industry trends and legal standards.
Cultivate Talent: Lead workforce planning, development programs, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Oversee compliance with BMS, EMS, and SMS standards.
Foster Community Relationships: Build strong connections with business and community leaders.
Support HQ Coordination: Maintain clear communication with HQ to ensure alignment on HR strategies and policies.
Lead Special Projects: Take on meaningful initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 12–15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Certifications: SPHR, PHR, or GPHR certifications preferred.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Strong analytical capabilities and market insight
Demonstrated success in leading HR strategy in fast-paced environments
Domestic and international travel as required.
