QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, cloud security, or IT operations, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, or similar certifications preferred.
- Azure Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure security tools, governance frameworks, and enterprise cloud deployment strategies.
- Security & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), FedRAMP, RMF, NIST SP800-53, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
- Technical Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, GitLab, and cloud-native security monitoring solutions.
- Agile & DevSecOps Knowledge: Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security automation.
Preferred but not required: - Experience working with the Department of State, DoD, or intelligence agencies on cloud modernization projects.
- Multi-cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
