Responsibilities:
Creating and sending customer proposals
Creating purchase orders for subcontractors
Inputting invoices through QuickBooks
Maintaining files
Creating customer accounts, vendor accounts, and new job orders
Qualifications:
Knowledge in QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and customer service
Team player with a positive attitude.
Being bilingual is a plus!
A construction background is a must!
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
