Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide private nursing services in a school located in Rockville, MD. The nurse will be required to provide one-on-one nursing services to a student. The PDN will provide care as per the students health care plan.

Requirements:

Active Maryland license

Responsibilities:

Provide care needed as per students health care plan.
Medication administration and management
Observation for adverse reactions, response or lack of response to medication
Collaboration with the students primary physician regarding all medical/mental health related services
Obtaining medical orders and providing copies for the school health record.
Maintaining appropriate documentation for each assigned student.
Keeping the school nurse/principal apprised of students needs and status.
