Purpose
To help the Field Operations team be more effective and efficient in accomplishing their duties and executing the Company's strategic initiatives and tactical plans. Participate in building and maintaining the Company's reputation for high professionalism, quality products and service, and business acumen. While in essence you will be supporting the Service department, you will actually be responsible for providing first-hand assistance to the Company's growth and global expansion in existing and new markets. Responsibilities
Helping the support department in their daily operations to meet customers' needs
Providing strategic support and utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions
Corresponding with customers, scheduling maintenance, speaking with vendors
Create and maintain accurate documentation
Collecting, entering, and updating data
Assist in coordinating field engineer's schedules across multiple projects
Supporting and enhancing the company's standard operating procedures
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of supply and products
Assist in Investigating and resolving inconsistencies with inventory
Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle
Act as liaison between headquarters, the field, service, and the factory

Position Requirements
College graduate is a must
Three to five years of customer service experience
Experience in healthcare and/or medical devices is a plus
Proven success of effectively handling the above responsibilities and duties
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and project coordination experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Project software suite
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards deadlines in an open, fast-paced environment
The ability to impart good judgment and act with discretion
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Must be detail-oriented and proactive in every approach
