Rush Start: Can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians.
Shift(s) Description: 7a-3p, 7a-5p + weekday in-house call (5p-7a) and in-house weekend coverage
Types of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI
Level II Trauma, No hearts, No OB, No Peds
Average Monthly Case: 680
Required Procedures: Trauma, Regional US
Care Team Model: # of CRNA:14 ; # of MD: 6
Requirements: BC/BE, BLS, ACLS, PALS, FL license, 2 years experience
Must live out of state
