Facility Details: Agency Orientation 5/20 LOAs must be included in your submit Returnees within 1yr can start any Monday Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate. Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool. Former Montefiore Staff Nurses/Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse. Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch. COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date. Flu shot required No Artificial Nails of any kind LOAs must be included in your submit Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated Travel Nurses Float First Ceil blue scrubs Unit Details: BLS and PALS required. Must have VENT experience. Must include notes in your submits. 2yrs of recent PICU experience required. RNs should have cardiac experience. Large hospital and/or Children's hospital experience strongly suggested. Ratios 2:1 or 1:1 or 2:1. Depends on acuity
