• 12 shifts per month with every 3rd weekend Mon-Fri 7 am - 6 pm, Sat/Sun 10 am - 4 pm
• 18 - 22 patients per day split between 2 - 3 providers
• Stand-alone urgent care center co-located with primary care practice
• 3 APPs and 4 nursing staff on site; reduced to 3 nurses with 2 APPs
• 2 years of experience required
• Splinting, suturing, I&D, skin procedures, and ECG/X-ray interpretation required
• Limited telehealth available for COVID-positive patients only
• EMR: Epic
