Seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in a dynamic healthcare setting. Provide specialized care to patients with complex medical conditions. Join our team in California and enhance patient outcomes with competitive weekly pay.

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,744 - $1,937
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: July 8, 2024
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 3 shifts per week
• Employment Type: Travel

• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license
• 1 year of RN experience required
• 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred
• Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Create and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications safely and effectively
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Manage patients with multi-system organ failure and multisystem trauma
• Utilize the AACN Synergy Model to maintain patient stability
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
