Key Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out cardiology patients.
• Prepare charts for providers with patient demographic information.
• Handle insurance eligibility verification.
• Monitor message pools and faxes.
• Obtain referrals.
• Manage prior authorizations.
• Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Support the clinic, providers, and patients as needed.
